Callaway Resort & Gardens is seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Treetop Adventure Attendant to create safe and memorable experiences for our guests and visitors. As a Treetop Adventure Attendant, you will be responsible for all operations that pertain to the Treetop Adventures.
Responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing assignments and inspections of the course.
Ensure exceptional professionalism and customer service are always provided to all guests and team members.
Take responsibility for the overall guest experience at Treetop Adventures
Create a fun atmosphere for guests to enjoy through safety briefings and continued encouragement through course experience.
Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and properly stored.
Take care of all equipment and properly store/clean at the end of the day.
Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Standing and/or walking for long periods of time
Moderate lifting, bending, and pushing.
Ability to complete the course and make rescues as necessary.
Sweep, dust, and pick up/dispose of trash.
Work Environment:
Must be able to work in various weather conditions, such as extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, sun, and darkness with limited lighting.
