The Visual Merchandising Coordinator provides operational support to the Visual Merchandising Team for all Brands.
• Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from delivery to shoot through final archiving
• Field and manage requests for samples from business partners & cross functional teams
• Manage incoming and outgoing requests with sense of urgency and attention to shoot dates
• Create shotlists for brand photoshoots
• Prepare and manage Wholesale Samples
• Partner with Studio Manager and Creative Team to facilitate sample needs for brand campaigns & other necessary brand projects
• Organize and restore samples so it’s in ready condition at all times
• Assist Visual Team in setting up floorsets and in store marketing campaigns in our in office Mock-store.
• 2 years of experience required
• Be a team player with a focus on collaboration
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Retail store experience preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Time Management Skills- Efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Travel may be required, based on business needs.
• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
