    We are currently seeking to fill the following position for our Charlotte location. 

    Quality System Administrator

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The following is a summary of Primary Job Responsibilities. It is not to be considered as an all-encompassing list of job duties.

    • Administer the site Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure all elements meet or exceed ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 13485:2016 company and customer requirements.
    • Act as the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Management Representative for the QMS.
    • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to Top Management during management review. Facilitate management review including agenda creation, meeting facilitation, and minutes distribution.
    • Responsible for administration of the CAPA program, including record keeping, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, observation of effectiveness of actions, and communication of results to interested parties.
    • Responsible for administration of the Audit Program, including performing regular internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and KTC QMS requirements.
    • Responsible for administration of the Control of Documents program, including document revisions, validating for compliance to applicable requirements, and releasing to point of use.
    • Facilitate training on QMS procedures, customer mandated training, and other training as required, to all employees of KTC Huntersville including the new hire orientation.
    • Communicate with interested parties on quality-related issues and concerns.
    • Facilitate continual improvement initiatives to improve QMS and project performance.
    • Provide assistance in other areas as required by KTC Management.

    Qualifications


    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Systems Management or Quality Engineering.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; related to production of machinery, automation equipment, or other electromechanical equipment a plus.
    • Experience in conducting internal audits preferred; experience with conducting and participating in external audits a plus.
    • Proficient in root cause analysis, lean manufacturing techniques, and other continual improvement methodologies.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment.
    • Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and open-mindedness to new ideas. Embraces an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Minimal travel required

    Pay will be $55,000 to $65,000.
