Additionally, Total Quality Administrator incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in total quality activities. Typically is certified as Green Belt. The Total Quality Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     What We Are Looking for in the Ideal Candidate

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administrator to join our team. The Contracts Administrator will play a critical role in coordinating pricing, managing proposals, and maintaining essential databases related to contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organization.

    What You Will Do

    Coordinating Pricing of Contracts:

    • Work closely with the Director of Sales, Analysts, and Upper Management to ensure accurate pricing of contracts.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information and data for pricing decisions.

    Managing Proposals:

    • Prepare all necessary proposal documents accurately and efficiently.
    • Send full proposals to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate the signature process for contracts, ensuring all required parties sign off as needed.
    • Escalate customer questions or requests to the Director of Sales for resolution.

    Maintaining Contract Databases:

    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of contract and non-contract customers.
    • Regularly update lists to reflect changes in contract status, pricing, and customer information.
    • Monitor contract statuses, including contracts awaiting signature and contracts awaiting renewal.
    • Track non-contract price list expirations and coordinate updates as necessary.

    What You Will Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in contract administration, proposal management, or a related role.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Experience with contract management software is a plus.
    • Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract negotiation techniques.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
