HR Works is partnering with its client, a manufacturing organization, with its search for a Total Rewards Administrator. This position is located onsite in Henrietta, NY and has a compensation range of $75,000-$90,000 per year. This role is able to work from home one day per week after the introductory training period.
A key member of a highly collaborative HR team, the Total Rewards Administrator will administer all benefits and compensation initiatives, will support payroll, and will act as a liaison for complex payroll matters including taxation and compliance. This position evaluates and make recommendations on benefit and compensation programs, with the goal of attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent at all levels of the organization.
