Total Quality Administrator administers the organization's total quality programs and processes. Develops data collection processes to produce metrics used in the auditing and analysis of processes. Additionally, Total Quality Administrator incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in total quality activities. Typically is certified as Green Belt. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     We're looking for RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening. The right RN should have 2 years or more of recent experience.

    As a Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
    • Provide basic bedside care.
    • Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients.
    • Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology!
    • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty.
    • Able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times.

    This is a high acuity, fast-paced unit that requires teamwork and strong communication skills. First Time Travelers Accepted. Travelers will be expected to float.

    • Weekly Gross $ 2,514.39
    • Hourly Rate $ 22.25/hr
    • OT Rate $ 33.38/hr
    • Weekly Stipend $ 1357.35
    • Blended rate $ 52.38/hr
    • 13 Week contract
    • 48 hrs/week, 4x12 Nights-hour shifts per week

    Location: Olympia, WA
    Shift: 4x12 Nights (19:00:00-07:00:00)
    Hours per Week: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next week (Block Scheduling)

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Olympia, WA. As an RN in our Long-Term Care facility, you will provide skilled nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
    - Monitor and assess residents' health status and document any changes.
    - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    - Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote their independence.
    - Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.

    Qualifications:
    - Valid RN license in the state of Washington.
    - Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled long-term care.
    - BCLS certification required.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
