Total Quality Administrator administers the organization's total quality programs and processes. Develops data collection processes to produce metrics used in the auditing and analysis of processes. Being a Total Quality Administrator tracks and measures quality results. Contributes to training and development of teams to guide continuous improvements. Additionally, Total Quality Administrator incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in total quality activities. Typically is certified as Green Belt. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Community Family Therapist - Total Family Services

    Job Duties:

     

    • Provides services that are consistent with the program methodology and in conformance with all program standards. 
    • Provides therapeutic and case management services which are culturally competent, solution focused, strength based, recovery oriented, and co-occurring capable as they are needed by program families. 
    • Accurately assesses families with multiple needs, areas of concern and crisis; develops Treatment Plans that are responsive to the families’ needs and clearly indicate the action steps towards resolutions with a high degree of specificity. 
    • Maintains productivity level and documentation requirements in accordance with agency standards.  
    • Provides initial appointment to families and completes a thorough assessment to determine the level of care needed for each family.  Meets weekly with families. 
    • Provides community outreach, presentations, education, and regular groups within the community.  Maintains a relationship with community providers and outreach locations.  Attends regular meetings if necessary.   
    • Reports all risks to supervisor and ensures that risk notes and safety plans are completed as appropriate. 
    • Participates fully in clinical supervision with program manager, accepts leadership of the program manager. 
    • Provides peer support. 
    • Provides crisis intervention services. Must return calls within 20 minutes of receiving call. 
    • Promotes family involvement in planning, organizing, and implementing program activities.  Ensures that program sponsored family support activities and events are family organized and run.  Ensures that caseload of families fully participates in program activities. 
    • Keeps accurate records of caseloads and manage data for measurable objectives. 
    • Completes all measures for measurable objectives as assigned by JWB in conformance with our contract. 
    • Assists with quarterly and annual reports for the Agency and JWB. 
    • Completes Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) 6 month checklist within first 6 months of employment. 
    • Uses the ORS and SRS with all clients within 6 months of employment and enters the scores in OpenFit electronic system.  
    • Understands that using FIT measures will be part of employee’s performance evaluation.  The scores on the ORS and SRS will not be monitored as part of the evaluation, only the use of the measures will be evaluated. 

      Minimum Qualifications: 

      Education:   Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology, mental health counseling or related human service field. 

       

      Licensure:  License not required


      Experience:  Experience providing evidence based therapeutic interventions to children and families. Must be strength based and resiliency based in approach. Therapist must be competent working with diverse cultural backgrounds. Therapist must be competent in working with clients experiencing trauma, mental illness and substance abuse disorders.  Must be able to assist families struggling with multiple stressors and child welfare issues. Understanding of community resources and social support development is required. 

       

      Must be 21 years of age.

      Negative Drug Screening prior to hire and throughout employment.

      Clear Criminal Background Check throughout employment with Suncoast Center and local checks prior to hire and annually along with DCF Level II prior to hire and as required by DCF, and Must have valid Florida Driver’s License Motor Vehicle checks prior to hire and annually with acceptable driving record maintained throughout employment along with reliable vehicle, valid registration, and valid vehicle insurance. (must be in compliance with Florida Laws and Administrative Codes with fingerprinting and determined to be of good moral character).

       

      Working Conditions:  Must have valid Florida driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to Suncoast Center; must meet minimum levels of personal automobile liability insurance; requires both indoor and outdoor work with outreach to off-site locations.   Exposure to extreme heat and humidity during the summer months.  Schedule may be irregular, based on client availability. Work is primarily off site in client family homes and community locations.
