Total Quality Administrator administers the organization's total quality programs and processes. Develops data collection processes to produce metrics used in the auditing and analysis of processes. Being a Total Quality Administrator tracks and measures quality results. Contributes to training and development of teams to guide continuous improvements. Additionally, Total Quality Administrator incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in total quality activities. Typically is certified as Green Belt. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. This position serves in a full-time capacity providing comprehensive general orthopedic services to include inpatient consults, surgical cases and office visits with an emphasis on diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal injuries and disorders that are caused by or affect athletic performance. In addition to performing surgical procedures, these professionals also offer nonsurgical treatments, provide athletes with nonsurgical rehabilitation strategies and counsel them on lifestyle changes that can support recovery and/or help them manage a particular condition. As a sports orthopedic surgeon, you demonstrate your commitment to providing the best care to all patients at all times. You are committed to evidence-based diagnosis and treatment and hold yourself to the highest standards of professionalism and team based care. You partner with both clinical and support services team members to ensure careful diagnosis and treatment is offered with what is best for the patient and their family in mind, together with stewardship of the organization's resources to achieve sustainable and stable healthcare for our communities.
