Job Description:
Assist the General Manager in managing and coordinating the daily activities of guest service team members; Front Desk Attendants, and Night Auditors, to ensure exemplary guest satisfaction, and to maximize hotel profitability.
Ensure the arrival, departure, and all other guest service interactions are conducted in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
Interact positively with customers and fellow associates, taking any needed action to resolve problems that may arise, maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
Help to reduce and resolve guest service complaints by anticipating potential problems by reviewing and monitoring operational issues, business flow, and associate performance.
Help coordinate maintenance and housekeeping teams to achieve high guest satisfaction scores.
Performs any other job-related duties as assigned by the General Manager.
