Details:

• $16 per hour starting // $18 per hour following 3 months of successful training  
• Full-time = 32-40 hours per week, including every other weekend
• Daytime (9am-3pm) and evening (3pm-11pm) shifts, with ability to work other shifts as needed

New year, new us! Total Care Group is now affiliated with Beacon Specialized Living - we are elevating the support we bring to our residents, and increasing the resources and benefits our Resident Assistant staff can utilize.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid, active Driver's License.
• Have reliable transportation to and from worksite in a timely manor.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Resident Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship to 2-4 residents at a time in our residential locations.
• Transport residents with our company vehicle to work or activities.
• Maintain a clean and positive atmosphere through light housekeeping tasks (running dishwasher, vacuuming, activity pickup, etc.).
• Prep and serve home meals to enjoy with the residents.

What Makes Our House Leads Different?:

Our house leads are responsible for overseeing their residents, staff, and house duties with the desire for smooth operation at the forefront of their minds! Additional duties our House Leads are responsible for include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling for their home.
• Working as a Resident Assistant, and being on-call 3 nights per week, including every other weekend according to scheduling assistance needed at their home.
• Grocery shopping following budget, and creation of monthly menu and activity calendars.
• General house maintenance, including creation of deep cleaning schedules, upkeeping established house budget, and communication with the Management Team regarding house or vehicle maintenance issues.
• Bringing forth a positive, hard-working, and caring attitude to their home!
