Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to join our team located in Pensacola, FL.

The focus of the Operations Manager is primarily on operations, where a key component is to ensure projects are completed on time and profitable. This is not a job that can be handled solely from an office; field time will be required to meet with customers and work with the team to facilitate the project. This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. The role will require managing all aspects of the construction/installation process. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the General Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Sprinkler projects
• Define and clarify project scope, including costs and timelines. Conduct cost analysis and time analysis to prepare an estimated budget. Responsible for the project accuracy, on-time, billed and within the scope of the contract.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of each project within responsibility.
• Actively pursues selling change orders.

• Responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management procedures and processes.
• Coordinates monthly backlog reviews and new business pipeline monitoring and reporting.

• Manages new business proposal activities to ensure timely and accurate proposals.
• Maintains Safety Program, including tracking of required trainings and certifications and enhancing current safety program.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
