Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of our quality control and assurance processes. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, procedures, and controls to ensure that our products/services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that includes policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of products/services at various stages of production and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with quality standards.
- Maintain a system for tracking and reporting on quality metrics.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to quality management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, quality management)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role
- Strong knowledge of quality management standards and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
