Total Quality Manager manages the implementation, administration and measurement of total quality management programs, including Six Sigma initiatives. Leads teams to provide training, tools, and logistical assistance for quality initiatives. Additionally, Total Quality Manager typically reports to a senior manager. The Total Quality Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Title: District Sales Manager

    Location: Milwaukee WI

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales training programs for new and existing sales representatives to ensure they have a deep understanding of the company's products and services and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
    • Deliver training sessions to sales representatives in both individual and group settings
    • Monitor the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching and feedback to improve their skills and knowledge
    • Develop and update training materials, including training manuals, job aids, and multimedia presentations
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps and develop training solutions to address them
    • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives and sales targets
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs
    • Work with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to training and development
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

    Requirements:

    • Sales training experience in the cell phone industry preferred
    • Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
    • Strong coaching and feedback skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and training development tools

    Salary: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
