This position is responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.   The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, has a positive attitude, possess exceptional communication skills, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years’ experience, preferably in a theater or arts organization. Proficient in MS Office Suite Proactive problem-solving skills Knowledge of Ceridian, Concur, and other relevant databases required. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff (orally and written) A winning mindset, unbiased thought process and can-do attitude Complete discretion – routinely deal with confidential matters Kindness and a commitment to Ailey Ability to pivot and work in a fast-paced environment   Compensation: $85K-$100K.
