Printing and marketing shop seeking a kind, detail-oriented full-time customer service representative. This person will interact with business accounts and keep records of information in a database. The ability to learn our software and pricing structure will be key.

This team member will need to communicate clearly, stay organized, and effectively relay the wishes of customers to the graphic design department. Sales or marketing experience preferred. Printing or design experience not required, but is a bonus.

Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy working with people.

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience handling customers in a kind, professional manner.
• Experience using database software, Microsoft Office and email.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Ability to present the company in positive and supportive manner.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
