AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER / REPRESENTATIVE

Excellent Pay $40K - $55K per year based on experience

Candidates MUST HAVE 2 years of Customer Service experience to be considered.

• Responsible for responding to and managing customers’ complaints and/or service issues
• Follow-up with customers
• Tracking Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Customer Satisfaction Scores for Sales and Service Departments
• Sending and posting weekly reports on CSI scores
• Participate in and attend various meetings and other work-related events
• Assist General Sales Manager with various clerical duties including New Car Inventory tasks

• 
  At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role is required
• Demonstrated skills in the area of customer service, customer resolution, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role with the ability to train and mentor employees
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications preferred
• Ability to effectively interact with customers, management and co-workers,
• Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances
