Ensures detailed planning and execution of show and evaluates show outcomes based on established metrics for quality and attendance. Additionally, Trade Show Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Trade Show Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. Duties:

- Optimize website performance by monitoring key metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing product images and banners
- Manage the end-to-end process of online orders, including order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and customer support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology advancements
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales growth
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates and maintenance
- Basic video editing skills for creating engaging product videos is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
