Trade Show Director develops and directs the overall strategic planning, budget, and execution of trade shows and exhibitions. Collaborates with stakeholders, sales, and marketing to develop the business objectives, concepts, deliverables, and timelines of a show. Being a Trade Show Director devises innovative solutions to enhance the impact of an event. Ensures detailed planning and execution of show and evaluates show outcomes based on established metrics for quality and attendance. Additionally, Trade Show Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Trade Show Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Trade Show Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. The Camp Invention Director is the liaison between Camp Invention and the host site. This position provides a gratifying experience to those with a true appreciation for enrichment and innovation programs.

- Obtain district approval and distribute flyers to K-6 students- Promote through school websites, PTA/PTO newsletters, posters, etc. * Coordinate site logistics (including but not limited to)
- Pre-program paperwork and setup- First day registration logistics- Participant group assignments- Parent communications- Participant arrival and departure- Base Camp and lunchtime supervision- Program Team meetings- Drop in on all classrooms- Maintain order — including discipline
