This is an hourly Commission Role.
Responsibilities
Build rapport with varying warm lead types.
Vet new warm leads for opportunities daily.
Perform consistent follow up with active leads.
Maintain adequate organization within our CRM and shared file system.
Evaluate home values, estimate renovation costs, and calculate offer prices.
Write, deliver, and negotiate offer contracts.
Schedule and attend appointments with homeowners / agents.
Position Requirements and Expectations
3 Years of Sales Experience.
Experience working unsupervised.
Exceptional phone etiquette and overall communication skills.
Proficient skills in navigating Windows OS and Google Workspace.
Fundamental knowledge of operating computer programs.
Above-average organizational skills.
Ability to reach informed decisions quickly.
Above-average stamina.
