Develops and manages a comprehensive event project plan for all setup tasks, promotional items, literature, bookings, and other details. Being a Trade Show Manager approves the design, layout, cost estimates, and construction of exhibits and displays. Negotiates with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within budget. Additionally, Trade Show Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Trade Show Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Trade Show Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     About the Role:

    As a Trade Show Specialist, you'll be working in the exciting world of event management, coordinating schedules, and setting up our eye-catching 10x10 tent booth at outdoor events. Your role extends beyond logistics; you'll be the charismatic face of our brand at various venues, including pet expos, dog shows, home & garden shows, street fairs, and community events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate event applications and meticulously manage logistics for upcoming trade shows and events.
    • Masterfully set up and dismantle our 10x10 booth, ensuring a visually stunning presence at every outdoor event.
    • Engage attendees with your magnetic personality, initiating conversations and asking probing questions to gauge interest in our premium products and services.
    • Extend warm invitations to passersby, encouraging them to step into our exhibit space and discover the magic of Willow Street Pictures.
    • Represent our brand with professionalism, infectious enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach that leaves a lasting impression.

    Requirements:

    • A natural flair for interpersonal communication and an innate ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
    • Genuine curiosity about people's stories and a passion for building meaningful connections.
    • Comfortable working independently and hands-on, from equipment setup to breakdown.
    • Willingness to embrace the great outdoors and stand for extended periods during events.
    • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
    • Previous experience in trade show representation or customer-facing roles is a definite plus.
    • Valid and clean driver's license
    • Ability to work weekends
