- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations

What you should know:

The Keyholder assists the Store Manager with daily operations of a shoe store in order to maximize sales and maintain operational company standards.

· Management/supervisory skills required.

· Retail experience preferred.

· Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Must have a passion for excellent customer service.

· Must be available various hours, including nights and weekends.

· Must be able to operate company computer systems.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications
- Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail management is a plus
- Proven experience in sales management or related field
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
