Trade Show Manager manages the execution and logistics of trade shows and exhibitions to achieve business objectives. Develops and manages a comprehensive event project plan for all setup tasks, promotional items, literature, bookings, and other details. Being a Trade Show Manager approves the design, layout, cost estimates, and construction of exhibits and displays. Negotiates with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within budget. Additionally, Trade Show Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Trade Show Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Trade Show Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     Responsibilities:

    • Dive headfirst into the world of outdoor recreation as you assist customers in selecting the perfect accessories for their camping and boating adventures.
    • Embrace the thrill of demonstrating the latest RVs, camping accessories, and boating gear, showcasing their features and functionalities with contagious enthusiasm.
    • Elevate the customer experience by recommending must-have accessories and upgrades to take their outdoor escapades to the next level.
    • Build lasting connections with outdoor enthusiasts, fostering a community of like-minded adventurers who share your passion for exploration.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • A zest for life and a love for the great outdoors, with a burning desire to share that passion with others.
    • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
    • While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker—we're more interested in your drive, determination, and eagerness to learn.
    • Basic knowledge of camping and boating accessories is a bonus, but if you're willing to roll up your sleeves and dive in, we'll provide the training you need to become an expert.
    • Flexibility is key—be prepared to embrace a dynamic work environment that includes weekends, holidays, and the occasional spontaneous adventure.
    Compensation:
    • $17/hr while training
    • $14/hr after training plus 7.5% commission
      • Hourly equivalent of $20 to $20 per hour

    About Our Dealership

     Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers. 

    Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.   

    Throughout the year, you will see Bretz RV & Marine sponsoring events from local school functions to veterans associations, Toys-4-Tots, Make-A-Wish, and many more. It's important to contribute to the communities in which we do business.
