Corporate Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares payroll journal entries on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Participates in month end close cycle and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assists with administration of employee expense reporting system.
• Completes management reports for analysis, as needed.
• Assists with the completion of interim and annual external and internal audits.
• Leads process improvement initiatives.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

• Frequently makes decisions of both minor and major importance, which may affect the work operations of other employees and/or clientele to a moderate degree.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (required).
• One to three years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Advanced: Accounting, alphanumeric data entry, Excel spreadsheet, word processing/typing, ERP systems (JDE Enterprise 1)
• Basic: Microsoft Office, SAP Concur, ADP 

• CPA or currently studying for the CPA (preferred).
