Harris Fabrication is looking for a Corporate Accountant to prepare financial statements and oversee our accounts payable and accounts receivable. We’ll rely on you to provide advice on payable/receivable trends. You should be reliable and good at math, and be able to communicate effectively with senior management and various departments. We want you to be detail-oriented, and possess sharp business acumen.

Essential duties and responsibilities to include:

• · Full job cost accounting to include cost analysis & billings
• · Monthly progress billing responsibility for in-progress projects
• · Monthly coordination of cost projections on in-progress projects
• · Completed contract profit analysis and estimate analysis
• · Coordination of intercompany accounts and transactions
• · Accounting for inventory movements and costing to projects
• · Job profitability and manufacturing efficiency analysis
• · Coordination with monthly financials preparation and year-end audit requirements. Responsible for all EOM and adjustments for bank and owners.
• · Oversight of AP/AR Management and full understanding and management of cash flows.
• · Prepare and be able to explain requested Financial Status reports for banks regarding loans and monthly status.
• · Other duties as assigned

Education, Skills and Abilities

• · Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• · 2 years minimum experience
• · Knowledge of accounting software and basic Microsoft Office programs
• · Must have a high degree of integrity and the ability to work with confidential information
• · Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple ongoing projects
• · Team and goal oriented
• · Must have strong communication and crucial thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
