A day in the life of the Corporate Office Manager:
As the Office Manager, you'll be the friendly face welcoming visitors and clients to our building. Your main tasks include managing schedules for meetings and vehicles, organizing events at our Corporate Center, and maintaining relationships with vendors like vending, coffee, and cleaning services. You'll handle inventory, order supplies, and manage mail and packages. Additionally, you'll be the Marketing Coordinator assisting the marketing department with administrative tasks and will support other bank departments as required.
