Wedbush Securities seeks a Digital Product Owner in our Capital Markets & Trading Organization. This person will be expected to be a credible voice in driving Wedbush's product agenda to our colleagues. This person is a strategic professional who is up to date with the constantly changing landscape within this field. The Digital Product Owner will have an incredible impact on the business and through the role's deliverables.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Own and craft the digital Product roadmap for the Capital Markets and Trading Platform
• Build and prioritize the product backlog based on the changing landscape of stakeholder needs and enterprise risk appetite
• Work with engineering, architecture, and product teams across the enterprise to understand their needs, and drive results
• Collaborate with technology teams to simplify work across various teams, and strategize through use of different tools used by business units
• Lead the digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business and client experience
• Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields
• 2 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent
• Previous Development experience
• Proficient with JIRA - management of projects through Epics/Stories and cross dependency management.
• Experience leading digital initiatives
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills to client stakeholders
• Experience in Wealth Management, Financial Institutions or a Securities firm is a plus
