As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through business development, account management, and sales strategies. Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong and honest, relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals
-Introducing customers to the service department personnel and working with service dept. to insure boats are ready for delivery as expected and on schedule.
-Staying updated on incoming inventory, features, accessories, and other items, and how they benefit the customer, keeping up with technological changes in the products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Establish personal income goal that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devising a strategy to meet those goals
-Attending meeting and training offered by the dealership and manufacurer.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma
-Pass Background check and drug test
- Proven experience in sales of large ticketed items or account management. Preferably Boat Sales
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Boats and motor sales is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Must have a vast knowledge of Surf Boats and experience in operating Surf Boats.
