    What You Will Do: As a project manager: 

    • Take the lead role on multiple small to medium-sized private development projects and guide these projects through the local approval process. 
    • The project manager ensures that WSB staff complete the projects within prescribed time frames and budgets and to the client’s satisfaction. 
    • You will use your project management skills to plan, direct, track, and coordinate all project activities. 
    • You will also market and secure work from new and existing clients, formulate strategies for increasing market share, and lead the proposal process when necessary.
    • Your experience level will determine the amount of independent judgment granted, the complexity of tasks performed, and direct supervision received.

    This position can be based out of our Bismarck, ND office, or our Fargo, ND office.

    What You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field from an accredited school and five or more years of experience in civil engineering and land development. 
    • North Dakota PE license or the ability to obtain their license within six months.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 
    • Excellent advocacy, communication and organizational skills are required.
