Trader (Institutional Municipal Bonds) is responsible for the timely buying and selling of institutional municipal bonds. Reviews orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations. Being a Trader (Institutional Municipal Bonds) evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area and may require state licensure. Additionally, Trader (Institutional Municipal Bonds) typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Trader (Institutional Municipal Bonds) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Class Characteristics:
Administrative and supervisory work, in supervising the maintenance of storm water drainage facilities and drainage, road and utility rights-of-way. Work is performed under the administrative direction of the Mayor. An annual MS4 report is due each year, required by the Kentucky Division of Water.

Bachelor’s degree in technical field related to drainage or business management. Three years’ experience in utility maintenance or comparable position. (A comparable amount of training, education or experience can be substituted for the minimum qualifications.) Five years’ experience in a management position.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:
Must possess and maintain a valid Kentucky Driver’s License. Must attend trainings for MS4 through Kentucky Division of Water.
