    • Assists with written correspondence for clients, professionals, vendors, and centers of influence.
    • Assists clerically with investment, tax, accounting, and reporting functions

    • Accesses and retrieves account information
    • Prepares forms required to administer accounts, including inputting data
    • Establishes new accounts and closes terminating accounts

    • Gathers, receives and updates plan data
    • Researches and assists in the completion and documentation of annual account reviews

    • Ensures all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
    • Performs special projects as requested

     

     

    SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

    • Undergraduate college degree or equivalent work experience
    • Great attention to detail and oral/written communication skills
    • Proficiency with a calculator and PC, including Word and Excel
    • Great interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure.
