We are currently hiring for an Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support our team in efficiently managing office operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming information and new leads promptly and accurately.
Assist in transferring forms and documents between various software platforms.
Maintain organized spreadsheets to log and track important data.
Send follow-up emails to clients and partners as needed.
Manage and prioritize deadlines effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in maintaining an organized calendar for scheduling and project coordination.
Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and spreadsheet management.

Additional Information:
This is an in-office position with the requirement to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Hours are subject to negotiation.
