Being a Trader (Options) may provide input or develop financial models to mitigate risk and ensure profits. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area, and may require state licensure. Additionally, Trader (Options) typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Trader (Options) typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. I’m looking for run-down houses in your area, and I will pay you $19 per hour to find them. Your job is to find 40-60 houses per hour of driving that meet the following criteria.
Examples of houses that you would look for and send to me:
I’ll give you a specific area to drive. You’ll be able to find 35-50 houses per hour in these neighborhoods over the next week. This job will drive neighborhoods in Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties to use an app to pin distressed homes for us to reach out to.
Part-Time $19 dollars per hour plus a bonus
