Job Summary:
As the TMS Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient support to
individuals seeking mental health services. You will be the first point of contact for clients,
responsible for conducting intake assessments, gathering necessary information, and
coordinating their journey into our facility. Your empathetic nature, strong communication
skills, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring a seamless and supportive intake
process. Secondarily, you will be responsible for administering Transcranial Magnetic
Stimulation therapy to individuals diagnosed with depression and other mental health conditions. Your technical proficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care will
be instrumental in delivering safe and effective treatment sessions. Working closely with our
clinical team, you will contribute to the overall well-being of our clients and help them achieve
improved mental health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential patients through CRM based tools ; follow up with potential patients.
Conduct intake assessments over the phone or in person, demonstrating empathy and
active listening skills to gather necessary information to schedule a patient.
Be able to discuss key points in an educated manner to patients who have an interest
in services offered at our facility.
Have ability to use software based CRM tools to track potential patients, contact and
follow up with them.
Assist clients in understanding the services offered, answering inquiries, and
addressing concerns.
Accurately record and update client information in our electronic database.
Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and
maintaining an organized intake schedule.
Verify insurance coverage and assist clients with understanding the billing process.

Operate and calibrate TMS equipment according to established protocols, maintaining

Document treatment progress and accurately record treatment data in electronic
medical records.
Collaborate with the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans and adjust

Qualifications:
Work or interest in psychology, neuroscience, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a TMS Technician or in a similar role (Mental health technician, nurse, etc. is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the principles and techniques of Transcranial Magnetic
Stimulation therapy.
Familiarity with mental health disorders, particularly depression, and an understanding
of the clinical application of TMS.
Excellent technical skills to operate and troubleshoot TMS equipment effectively.
Ability to assess patient suitability for TMS therapy and monitor their well-being during
treatment sessions.
Strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and manage treatment
schedules.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and safety
guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients
and collaborate with the clinical team.
