LaBella has an immediate opening for a Municipal Engineering Services Team Leader. Reporting to the Buffalo Regional Civil leader, this position is responsible for assisting with business development activities, including proposal writing, presentation preparation, client outreach, and client management. In this role, the successful candidate will work alongside our Senior Municipal Engineer to assist with mentoring and coaching our talented staff. The chosen candidate will also be expected to effectively manage projects, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of project managers, design professionals and technical support staff to successfully serve public sector (Municipal) clients and projects throughout the Western New York region. The position is located in our Buffalo, NY office.

Duties
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
