Executes orders and reviews documentation to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and compliance to regulations. Establishes connections with other dealers to ensure inventory of bonds is maximized. Additionally, Trader (Retail Municipal Bonds) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Job Purpose and Objectives:
Prepares and prosecutes municipal court cases for the City of Emporia.

Position Requirements:
1. High school diploma or other equivalent
2. 2 years Criminal Defense or prosecution is preferred
3. Juris Doctorate Degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association

1. Knowledge of Kansas criminal law, city ordinances and general municipal law
2. Ability to understand and apply the rules of evidence and criminal procedure
3. Knowledge of victim issues and rights
