The Challenge: 

The Billing clerk will perform customer service duties such as handling invoice queries and disputes. It also includes tasks related to invoice creation and revision, managing sales orders, and utilizing a scheduler to track task statuses efficiently.

What you'll do: 

• Customer Service:
  • Help customers with invoice questions or disputes.
  • Respond to emails or calls from customers about billing issues.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve any remaining concerns.
• Invoice Management:
  • Create invoices for completed work.
  • Update invoices if needed for accuracy.

• Sales Order Management:
  • Create and manage sales orders until completion.
  • Use orders to track recurring rentals and billing status.
• Scheduler Check:
  • Use NextService Scheduler to track case and task status.
  • Organize tasks as new, ongoing, or completed.
  • Monitor billable items and invoiced tasks easily.

What you'll need to succeed:  

• Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to solve problems as they arise. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., OneDrive, Lists, Teams, SharePoint), Oracle NetSuite, NextService, Intuit QuickBooks, or similar software. 
• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Associate degree or vocational school training preferred. 
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
• Must be able to lift to 40 pounds at a time.
