The Traffic Coordinator knows every aspect of a company’s inbound workflow and production processes and can be trusted to keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines. Inbound Traffic coordinator jobs demand organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and sometimes a diplomatic touch. As a liaison with the warehouse supervisor, the position requires an extremely organized, methodical, and detail-oriented person. They will need to possess excellent communication skills with concise, accurate deadline-driven information. Working closely with the inbound / QC teams requires strong math skills and the ability to dissect inventory issues, and includes participation with cycle counts and inventory control processes. Must have strong math and excel skills and demand / give precise information. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prioritizing and scheduling all inbound containers, while communicating with the QC, warehouse, and customer service departments.
• Entering all warehouse receipts.
• Entering RMA information into Syspro.
• Participate in the QC process insuring reports are accurate and information is flowing.
• Take part in the cycle count process.
• Back up to the outbound traffic position.
