Job Summary:
As a capturist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering various types of data into computer systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all data is captured and processed in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will work with a variety of documents and information sources, ranging from paper forms to digital files.

-Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources into computer systems with precision and speed.
-Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all entered information meets quality standards.
-Sorting, organizing, and processing documents and files for data capture purposes.
-Conducting quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
-Updating and maintaining databases with new or revised information as needed.
-Handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion and adhering to data privacy and security protocols.
-Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
-Maintaining accurate records of data entry activities, including logs of processed documents and any issues encountered.

Experience:
-Strong focus on accuracy and precision in data entry tasks.
-Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with proficiency in alphanumeric and 10-key typing.
-Familiarity with basic computer operations and data entry software, such as Microsoft Excel or specialized database systems.
-Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Capacity to identify and resolve data entry issues independently or with minimal supervision.
-Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
-Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
-Experience in capturing with SLAM program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
