May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Traffic Manager typically reports to a director. The Traffic Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Leighton Media Fergus Falls is looking to add a Traffic Manager to our team. The Fergus Falls Traffic Manager reports to and has the responsibility of working closely with the Traffic Director on traffic operations in all markets. This position performs a variety of traffic activities related to log generation, uploading logs to NexGen and log reconciliation. With a working knowledge of broadcast traffic systems, exercises independent judgment in the processing and resolution of broadcast traffic matters.
