Traffic Manager develops and maintains transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Selects appropriate delivery methods to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Being a Traffic Manager analyzes, handles, and reviews loss and damage claims caused by accidents. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Traffic Manager typically reports to a director. The Traffic Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. As an entry-level crew member (traffic flagger) you will assist with setting up construction work zones. Keeping our communities moving is an essential job and you will ensure the safety of our client, the public, and your crew.

Our Crew Members (Traffic Flaggers) are dispatched from their homes.

- $15.00/hr to start

Must haves:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Available Monday-Friday, during the day
- Comfortable standing 8-12 hours per day, walking 1-2 miles per day, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day, in all types of weather conditions.
