You will gain a thorough understanding of the following:

Our culture, operating model, systems, and what it takes to be a successful leader. You will take on projects and real responsibilities at your host facility after mastering the fundamentals of our business.

The survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.

Reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines about nursing Center administration.

The laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.

Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

Must have completed at least 60 semester hours of education from an accredited college or university

Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related field.

Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.

Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
