Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join a large biotechnology pharmaceutical company. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the overall operations of the organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents

- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees

- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for performance improvement

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop learning materials and resources

- Utilize learning technologies, such as Adobe Captivate, to create engaging training content

- Provide technical support to employees regarding learning platforms and software

- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and instructional materials

- Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact

- Mentor employees in their professional development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Previous experience in adult education or training development preferred

- Proficiency in classroom management techniques and adult learning principles

- Strong knowledge of learning technologies and instructional design methodologies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficient in technical writing and documentation practices
