Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Physical Requirements

    The demands of this job require the candidate to sit, stand, bend, jump, reach, and lift equipment and children up to 50 pounds. This position often requires the candidate to be outdoors, to crawl, sit on the floor, stoop, balance, walk, and run. This job description is an overview of the tasks that are required.     • The Administrator will act as the liaison between the ODJFS, SUTQ, and HCCC to ensure that all aspects of the daycare, applications, paperwork & maintaining compliance are up to code and that proper procedures & protocols are being adhered to keep our staff and building compliant according to Rules 5101 of the Child Care Licensing Law.
    • The Administrator will be responsible for state compliance issues, inspections, repairs, and necessary improvements that are communicated across the board to owners/staff to ensure the facility maintains the highest form of integrity and excellence.
    • The Administrator will develop and execute an excellent and comprehensive training and development program for staff to ensure that HCCC team members are properly trained through orientation, In-service training and are performing to the health and safety standards of ODJFS.
    • The Administrator will develop and execute policies and procedures that ensure that all team members are representing and demonstrating actively all aspects of the KC3 Culture. (Kindness, Creative, Caring, Clean)
    • The Administrator will direct the overall children’s ministry emphasis of our center, including but not limited to: the development of Christian educational curriculum, VBS or Bible programs, summer camp, and all yearly event planning.
    • The Administrator will help coordinate and participate in Company Marketing events & Community outreach, including but not limited to, holiday parties, corporate events, staff meetings, and Community events.
    • The Administrator will oversee ratio & staffing schedule and personally fill in ratio as needed.
    • The Administrator will oversee the overall development of HCCC children, including curriculum, creative discipline, and structuring Independent Educational Programs for children who need so.
    • The Administrator will visit classrooms often, evaluating and observing teachers and support staff that they are meeting the highest standards of care as set forth by SUTQ and the owners.
    • The Administrator will be responsible for hiring, firing, and training personnel ensuring they fit with our KC3 culture and maintain the highest standard of care.
    • The Administrator will conduct meetings, memos, letters, or emails, when necessary, with staff, parents, and children to ensure continuity and communication are clear and concise for smooth operations in all aspects.
    • The Administrator will maintain records for follow-up on disciplinary action for staff and children.
    • The Administrator will monitor budgets ensuring that purchases for the center, food, office, and classrooms are thought through and remain within budget.
    • The Administrator will work closely in developing the overall vision, policies, and direction of the center and assisting in dividing up tasks as needed.
    • The Administrator will ensure that all departments within the Center are functioning at their job description, including but not limited to the Office Assistant, Teachers, Subs & Floats.
    • The Administrator will maintain and perform all child enrollments, meet with new parents, do center tours, and follow through on introducing children to classrooms to ensure that each class is operating smoothly and at its maximum capacity.
    • The Administrator must be willing to adjust easily, promptly, and efficiently to Center policy updates, and changes as needed to maintain the highest standard of Professionalism.

    Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.50 - $17.00/hour.
