Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The Training Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the documentation and records of GMP related training, to ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, and regulations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes: training curriculum assignment per individual based on their role in the organization; course definitions; training completion recordkeeping; and reporting.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create job roles and functional team specific training. Assigns training activities to learners in the LMS.Ensures data integrity of all training records including entries in to the LMS.
