Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     After 20 years of exclusively serving America’s South, D1 Training is finally coming to Boston. We are looking for Sports Performance Coaches to JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM, starting as soon as we find you.

    We are looking for volleyball coaches to deliver sport-specific coaching to athletes. We will help you market and sell your skills and provide strength, conditioning, nutrition, and wellness programming, while you provide the technical programming.

    Required qualifications and experience:

    • Proven training and coaching experience at the club or collegiate level
    • Passion for coaching athletes
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, parents, youth, and employees
    • A great teammate and leader
    • Accountable and willing to work flexible hours
    • Eager to develop professionally
    • Adaptability
    • Valid CPR and AED certifications

    Preferred qualifications and experience:

    • Experience in personal training and training people 1-on-1
    • Existing relationships with local schools, coaches, and volleyball teams
    • Live in the greater Boston area

    • Strong moral character
    • Drive to constantly search for training knowledge
    • Ability to communicate and implement a workout and training method
    • Extremely comfortable starting conversations, building rapport and trust, and empathizing with others

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent D1’s Mission and Core Values
    • Train individuals in sport-specific skills
    • Build and maintain relationships with each D1 athlete
    • Create an exciting, high-energy atmosphere for the athletes
    • Exhibit passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service

    Job Types: Part-time, Contract

    Pay: From $30.00 per hour
