Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming telephone calls 
• Maintain files, replenish supplies, schedule and organize meetings and events
• Professionally greet and manage the flow of facility customers, visitors, applicants, and vendors
• Organize and maintain common entrance and conference room facilities for staff and visitors
• Create and distribute spot contracts for Stranco Rentals (A/R)
• Assist with Odessa rental location, inventory records, transfer requests, orders, inventory counts, rental reports and rental board

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and multitask
• Intermediate telephone and computer skills especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook

Requirements

Physical Qualifications:

• Lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Bending, stooping and ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time 
• Lift and organize files, office equipment and supplies in cabinets and storage boxes
