General
The Training Administrator works within the Competency and Training Department providing oversight and assistance to the staff to comply with company and legal standards.
Duties
Prepare and maintain all new hire and course training materials. File all completed materials in appropriate storage locations.
Assist Training Manager maintain, sort, scan, save, and submit completed course materials onto DWS servers, Paycom, 3rd Party applications, and ISNETWORLD as required for record retention and reporting.
Compile and organization new hire PPE prior to classes to include Hardhats, Raingear, Coveralls, and Gloves.
Assist in ordering and distribution of PPE during onboarding to include raingear, uniforms, and prescription eyewear.
Maintain inventory levels of assessor guides and competency program resource materials at training center. Print, source, and compile additional materials as needed.
Assist training staff manager completion of customer required site specific orientations for field staff. Develop reports and distribute customer operator orientations for field staff on a weekly or as needed basis.
Utilize DWS Salesforce program to run reports detailing upcoming training expirations for applicable employees.
Assist Training Manager in assigning Paycor Learnings for Training, Safety, and Operations teams. Run completion and passed due reports for applicable teams as necessary.
Other duties as assigned by Training Manager.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or related field
Experience: 0-1 years in general safety or industry operations position
Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, meet minimum driving requirements for company insurance purposes, successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
