We are looking for Administrators in Training to work as a Concierge in a skilled nursing facility who want to become Licensed Nursing Home Administrators

What will you get to do as a Concierge/A.I.T? 

• Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone. 
• Direct all calls and inquiries to the appropriate destination. 
• Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community. 
• Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly. 
• You will gain a thorough understanding of the following: 
• Our culture, operating model, systems, and what it takes to be a successful leader. You will take on projects and real responsibilities at your facility after mastering the fundamentals of our business. 
• The survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures. 
• Reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines about nursing center administration. 
• The laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.
