Our training programs builds self-confidence, increase muscular strength and endurance, burn fat, and improve mobility for all fitness levels.
Job Description/Responsibilities
● Provide a fun, consistent, and high energy member experience providing prospective members with a complete overview of ISI® Elite Training and advising them of the best membership option to suit their needs and goals.
● Promote a comprehensive range of service and program offerings to ensure member growth and retention, as well as revenue growth.
● Utilize marketing collateral such as print, email newsletters, direct mail, social media, and promotional offers to advertise to key demographics.
● Conduct very timely and consistent follow up to all marketing leads.
● Attend on-site and off-site events such as health fairs, corporate events, etc. to promote ISI® Elite Training, share information and procure sales leads.
● Coordinate and lead tours of the facility for prospective members.
● Educate members and the public about ISI® Elite Training enrollment.
● Assist in development and implementation of marketing programs.
● Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance with brand standards.
● Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
● Performs other duties as assigned. Being a team player is a must.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
● Minimum of a High school diploma/GED and/or some college preferred
● Friendly and outgoing personality
● Love of health and fitness and helping others in their pursuit of the same through relationship building and networking
● Highly motivated by sales success
● Organized and dependable. Able to multitask and work in various roles
● Possess basic computer skills
● Must be a great communicator and lead by example
● Must commit to participating in at least two ISI workouts per week and attending all relevant ISI training programs
● Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends, evenings and some holidays
