Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     SUMMARY: With supervision, coordinates, compiles, evaluates, and analyzes training and professional development data; presents findings and makes recommendations as needed.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Essential Functions:

    1. Communicates with appropriate parties to establish and coordinate training schedules for professional development opportunities.
    2. Manages the logistics and coordination for professional development and supplemental education activities.
    3. Sets up, collects, and maintains attendance and data from training sessions to input into LMS/HRIS system.
    4. Maintains effective training related communication and collaborates with all applicable parties.
    5. Evaluates and analyzes data to determine efficacy, trends, and measurable outcomes.
    6. Identifies learning resource gaps and training needs analysis.
    7. Prepares presentations for results reporting.
    8. Presents findings to Director of HR and/or other leadership.

    Marginal Functions:

    1. Performs additional duties as assigned.

    CONDITIONS:

    Equipment Used: Computer (Dell compatible systems using Windows), Microsoft Office and Google Suite, multi-line telephone, copy machine, calculator, FAX machine, scanner, printers, binding machine.

    Performance Standard: Must fully comply with all employment related laws, regulations and standards, and all school standards regarding human resource policies and procedures.

    Work Environment: Multiple indoor environments around campus with a variety of sound, lighting and temperature conditions.

    Work Schedule: 37.5 daytime hours, Monday through Friday with daily ½ hour unpaid lunch; some overtime required. Attendance on Friday’s is required. Position follows the school’s twelve-month employee schedule. This position has an end date of June 2024.

    Pay Range: $67,720-$71,866, commensurate with experience, in keeping with MSB's Exempt Administrative Pay Scale, Grade 4.

    Experience and Skills:

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree required. In lieu of degree, applicants with 5 years of related experience may be considered.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a related position.
    3. Experience with an HRIS and LMS required. Paylocity preferred.
    4. Comprehensive knowledge of recordkeeping practices.
    5. Excellent planning, time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
    6. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
    7. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
    8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
