Position Summary:

Are you a sales-driven individual eager to carve out a successful career in the mortgage sector? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Marketing Analyst Loan Officer in Training. Through our comprehensive paid training program, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 in your first year while honing your skills and expertise as a licensed Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients by managing online applications and inbound calls.
• Engage in training activities to obtain licensure as a Loan Officer.
• Collaborate closely with customers, customer service representatives, loan officers, underwriters, and processors to facilitate smooth mortgage processes.
• Utilize various in-house systems and tools provided by Cardinal Financial Mortgage.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferably possess previous customer service experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of lead collection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with basic lead management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
